At Leexir, we deal in pre-owned luxury items, where each piece is unique and limited. Because of this, our returns policy is strict but fair—designed to protect both the buyer and the integrity of our inventory.
1. General Policy
- All items sold are pre-owned and may show minor signs of wear
- All sales are considered final unless the item meets return eligibility criteria
- We do not offer exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- The item is significantly not as described, or
- There is a verified authenticity issue
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor imperfections or expected wear
- Size or fit issues
- Buyer’s remorse

4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Must not show any signs of use after delivery
Leexir reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Authentication Disputes
If you believe an item is not authentic:
- You must provide credible proof from a recognized authority
- Leexir will review the claim and may conduct an independent verification
If confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
6. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved and received, it will be inspected
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on payment provider
Shipping costs are:
- Non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Item must be shipped using a trackable and insured service
Leexir is not responsible for:
- Lost or damaged return shipments
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged beyond description, or
- Incorrect
You must report it within 48 hours with clear photos.
We will resolve the issue with:
- Replacement (if available), or
- Full refund
9. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Each item is unique and cannot be replaced like standard retail inventory.
10. Final Decision
Leexir reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests based on internal inspection and policy compliance.
